After a challenging period, it’s encouraging to see the Canadian real estate market showing signs of recovery. Recent RBC insights point to rising sales, stabilizing inventories, and modest price growth—trends I’ve noticed firsthand in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver communities. While the forecast suggests we may see a dip in sales in 2026 before a rebound in 2027, and that Ontario and BC’s condo markets might take a bit longer to bounce back, these shifts are part of the market’s natural rhythm. Interest rates may rise again in 2027, which is something I’m always tracking closely for my clients. With over 15 years navigating local ups and downs, I know how important it is to stay informed and prepared, whether you’re buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on your next move.
